          天門冬氨酸氨基轉移酶(AST)或天門冬氨酸轉氨酶,又稱AspAT/ASAT/AAT或(血清)谷氨酸草酰乙酸轉氨酶(GOT,SGOT),是一種依賴磷酸吡哆醛(PLP)的轉氨酶(AST催化天門冬氨酸和谷氨酸之間α-氨基的可逆轉移,因此它是氨基酸代謝中的一個重要酶。AST存在于肝臟、心臟、骨骼肌、腎臟、大腦和紅血球中。
